HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA CUTTING

Plasma cutting uses special torches, power supplies, and nozzles to control a stream of ionized gas. The stream of gas, usually oxygen or nitrogen, can cut through carbon steels, aluminum, and stainless steel. High definition plasma is a process that improves the squareness and edge quality by increasing the energy density of the ionized gas stream.

Our High Definition Plasma Cutting system offers a cutting area of 6′ x 12′. We are able to cut steel up to 1 1/2″ thick. The high definition plasma can also be used to cut aluminum and stainless steels.
